In the first week upon signup, we begin planning your website, registering your domain and establishing your email accounts, by
the end of week one we aim to get a design visual created and
uploaded ready for your approval.

You will be notified by email when it's time to login and check
your design.

week two

Once you have logged in and approved your design, we then
integrate the design with the myImpact framework – adding
functionality and key features.

By the end of week 2, the design team would have completed
your design, and you will receive an email once again, to let
you know when your site is ready to go.

week three

The website is now in your hands. You will have a fully
functional system, that you can begin adding content to.

We advise that in week 3 you follow the video tutorials
to learn how to add, edit and remove your information.

week four

By now you would of learnt how everything works, don’t worry if you haven’t as you can always go back and change it. That’s the beauty
of the system and the power to edit this yourself.

When you are ready you will have a go live function, which will
appear just once in your dashboard. Press this – and you site is live.

To maintain low monthly fees we have developed the myImpact system to start with an initial setup fee, this is the defining characteristic that distinguishes myImpact from other affordable solutions you may come across.

Just like working on a complete bespoke project, we provide an overall consistent look and feel, which reflects the professional image that you have surely seen from our example showcase.

The setup fee includes:

The setup fee is paid on sign up, which can be taken by Cheque, Credit/Debit card, BACS or Direct Debit if you prefer.

Set up from only £495

myImpact websites usually have a turnaround of up to 2 weeks, so you are always guaranteed a speedy launch. The first monthly payment is taken by Direct Debit exactly one month after the setup fee is paid. Allowing at least 2 weeks from the myImpact system being live, for you to get started, learning how the system works and adding your content.

You then have total control over when you decide to push your website live, with a simple one click option in your control panel, as soon as you are ready.

The monthly payments covers everything to keep tight control on renewals, so you never have any unwanted downtime.

The monthly licence fee includes:
  • Access and usage of the MyImpact platform
  • Hosting of the website
  • Your business email accounts
  • The renewal of your domain name
  • 24 Hour support ticketing system
  • System maintenance
  • Monthly website backups of your pages and photos

The monthly fee is collected by Direct Debit.
