To maintain low monthly fees we have developed the myImpact system to start with an initial setup fee, this is the defining characteristic that distinguishes myImpact from other affordable solutions you may come across.

The setup fee includes:
- Industry Research
- Planning your website
- Designing the visuals
- Registering domain name
- Establishing hosting and email accounts
- Implementing your visuals with the myimpact system
- Testing and configuring website features
The setup fee is paid on sign up, which can be taken by Cheque, Credit/Debit card, BACS or Direct Debit if you prefer.
monthly fee explained
myImpact websites usually have a turnaround of up to 2 weeks, so you are always guaranteed a speedy launch. The first monthly payment is taken by Direct Debit exactly one month after the setup fee is paid. Allowing at least 2 weeks from the myImpact system being live, for you to get started, learning how the system works and adding your content.
You then have total control over when you decide to push your website live, with a simple one click option in your control panel, as soon as you are ready.
The monthly payments covers everything to keep tight control on renewals, so you never have any unwanted downtime.
The monthly licence fee includes:
- Access and usage of the MyImpact platform
- Hosting of the website
- Your business email accounts
- The renewal of your domain name
- 24 Hour support ticketing system
- System maintenance
- Monthly website backups of your pages and photos
The monthly fee is collected by Direct Debit.
