Signing Up
To get the ball rolling with your new website we just need a few details. These are then passed through to our design consultants who will be in contact to discuss the following stages.
Brief Forms
Regardless of the size of your project we always start each project with a design brief. Basically this form asks you for further details about your website. i.e. logo, domain name, type of industry etc.
From here this helps our designers gain an insight to the style that we will look to implement within your website, this allows us better customisation of your design, so the look is bespoke to your business.
Design Process
From the designated package you have chosen and alongside answering our brief questions our designers start work on your site to create your home page visual. This visual will have your branding, designated company colour scheme as well as any important "Call To Action" features that would like to be linked to another page. For example you may have a gallery of your work you would like easily accessed from the home page as well as the navigation.
Once the visual has been approved it is then passed on to our developers who will integrate this design with the myImpact system. From here they will integrate the selected options into the system and then it is over to you.
Receive Login
Once our developers have finished building your site structure we will send you login details to “populate” the site. You may wish to add content pages such as “Company Profile” or add images to your “Gallery”. Alongside this you would have already received a link to our support area, which contains many useful walk through videos on how to use the myImpact system.
Finalise Content
From here it is up to you how quick you would like to "Launch" your new website when you are happy with learning the myImpact system and have added your content, added images to your gallery, may be added some news posts it is then time to "GO LIVE".
Go Live
You are now happy to launch your shiny new website. From your myImpact control panel you hit the "GO LIVE" and follow the onscreen instructions and your site will then be live for the world to see.
